Revlon Color Stay vs. Nearly Naked

Revlon is one of the top drugstore brands and they have been on the top of their game lately! Everyone was talking about how amazing the Color Stay Foundation was when it was first released and now everyone is raving about the new Nearly Naked Foundation. They both stay on your face and wear very well through out the day. However the Nearly Naked line is easier to blend and cakes less. That being said, it also does not provide as much coverage as the Color Stay. If you want full coverage then I would recommend the Color Stay Foundation. If you want to just even out your skin tone and cover a few little problem areas then the Nearly Naked is better for you. Hope this has helped! xoxo Beauty Freak

Lets talk scents...

There have been a lot of exciting perfumes that have been released lately, from Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck to Justin Bieber's Girlfriend. Both have been go to scents for me lately, but I actually have preferred using Body Mists from Bath and Body Works. They are very light and come in many different scents, my favorite being Country Chic. Since they are body mists they aren't as heavy as perfume but they also wear off quickly. They are perfect to wear to school or just going shopping. But what about when you go out on a date and you do want something a little bit heavier? I suggest that you try out DKNY's Golden Delicious or Be Delicious. They both smell good and the scent stays for a long period of time, at least four or five hours. You can purchase a rollerball duo with both scents from Sephora for about $18 or $20. What are your favorite night time and day time scents? Let me know down below! xox Beauty Freak

Review: NEW Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation

I have been hearing tons of gurus raving about Revlon's new Nearly Naked Foundation. I picked some up while I was recently in Target for just about $7.50. They did not have my shade in the powder, but I hope to be purchasing that as well soon. My shade is 130 Shell. The foundation is very light weight and blends easily. However, true to it's name, it is fairly sheer coverage. It is not for someone who wants to get lots of coverage from their foundation. It goes on very nicely and stays on fairly well. The packaging is not ideal because it can be hard to control how much product comes out and the powder packaging is rather chunky. However, the product itself works well and is a good dupe for Urban Decay's Naked Foundation.  xoxo Beauty Freak

Review: Clarisonic Mia!

I've had my Clarisonic Mia for just over six months now and I have no idea how I got by without it. I use it every single evening with either my Purity cleanser by Philosophy or with my Cetaphil. It works wonders on my skin! It has helped even out my skin tone as well as deep cleaning my pores to reduce breakouts. The Clarisonic is very pricey though and at first I wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not. After using it almost daily for half a year I can honestly tell you that it is worth the money. The best thing to do is go into Sephora and look to see if you can find a Clarisonic set. Mine came with a few cleansers and two brush heads for around $180. That is still a lot of money, but you are getting extra brush heads and free cleansers as well.  xoxo Beauty Freak
